The eastwards view of Paradise on The Boulevard. The house is air conditioned for all round comfort in summer or winter. 5 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge, so enough beds to sleep 15. A huge open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area to easily accommodate large groups or multi family holidays.

90 Mile Beach is just across from Paradise on The Boulevard, perfect for long strolls, beach-combing, and shell collecting. The serene beach is often visited by dolphins, whales, and various sea birds. With few people around, it’s an ideal spot for fishing flathead, whiting, salmon, snapper, and more.

On a huge block, privacy all round, plenty of places to play family games and kids to explore. The house is fully fenced, with separate fenced area with kennel for dogs. Plus a BBQ with outdoor seating.

A large comfortable C shaped couch that has a double sofa bed built in. There is a huge wall mount 147cm TV with Netflix, plus regular free-to-air TV. There is also a DVD player and stereo. The main living area has plenty of space for large groups, 8 seater dining table, 6 seater breakfast bar, extra large kitchen.

Main bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed (memory foam mattress), en-suite, and walk in robe and a big 80 cm TV. The room is surrounded by windows, with double doors out to a large balcony facing the ocean. A great place for breakfast while enjoying the warmth of the morning sun streaming through the banksia trees, enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves.

A well appointed kitchen, dishwasher, double sink, large stove, oven and grill, range-hood, food and bar fridges, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, all the mod cons. A breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen and plenty of cupboards, cooking utensils and preparation areas. The pantry has essentials for a holiday away from home including tea, coffee, and condiments.
